What I have read above is not indicative of that. I'd be interested in knowing the age of the person asking because this seems like maybe a rather young relationship…sometimes people will say what they think someone wants to hear or even not fully understand what it is they are actually saying when they say I love you. Maybe that has happened here? Maybe their feelings have changed? I hope that this answer helps a little!
